Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect emails from one email mailbox to another, set up email filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your email mailbox accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your email accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just specify the email mailbox you wish to redirect electronic mail messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
